Shipping & Returns
Shipping Destination
Currently we ship to all UK destinations. Shipping charges on the
site relate to UK and BFPO destinations only. We can ship to
destinations outside of the UK, please contact us for shipping prices.
Shipping will only be made to the card holders billing address
unless special arrangements are agreed prior to despatch of your order.
We try to send orders as soon as possible, (3 - 5 working
days)thefaeriehealingstore.co.uk sends out Goods under 1.2kg by Royal
Mail . Prices quoted are first class postage prices from the Royal
Mail for the weight on the total order.For larger parcels we send out
by Royal mail standard parcel delivery.
Returns Policy
thefaeriehealingstore.co.uk makes every effort to ensure products
arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product
arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 3
days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement
to be sent. If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy
to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card account, provided
the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the
original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret,
however, that we cannot, in this case, refund return postage costs. If
you have not received your order within 15 working days from the
despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. If we are
unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.

Refunds
If your purchase from thefaeriehealingstore.co.uk is found to be
faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the
instructions above for a full refund (Refunds are at the discretion of
the management). Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same
method of payment as used to place your order.
Stock Availability
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are
always in stock, from time to time some items will be temporarily out
of supply.Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we
will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the
number of days that this process will take will be quoted in an
email.If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any
more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if
there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at sales@thefaeriehealingstore.co.uk with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.
